CX Series

WSSP "CX" Series Plunger Pumps are available in 2 Head Configurations. Vertical (for High Flow and Moderate Pressure) and Horizontal (for Extremely High Pressure). Heads are built either in SG lron, Stainless Steel or AISI 410.

Continuous splash lubrication provided / Forced lubrication on request
Offerings of six interchangeable plunger and seal packages
Easily serviced in field without removal of pump.

Components

Suction, Discharge —Two suction ports, Two discharge. Threaded for easy connections.
Head — High-strength S.G. iron or SS or AISI 410
Plungers — Solid ceramic or ceramic coated stainless steel.
Body — Solid cast iron crankcase. Oil reservoir for complete component lubrication. Removable end plate for inspection.
Crankshaft —Alloy Steel, ground, polished journals
Main Bearings — Roller bearings offer minimum friction, longer service.
Connecting Links — Forged carbon steel replaceable bronze bushings and babbitt sleeve bearings.
Plunger Assembly — Molded NBR multi lip V-rings, backed by fabric-reinforced phenolic follower.
Valve Assembly — Corrosion-resistant springs and valves for long-lasting performance.
